This is the grid of wavelengths for the reflection and transmission spectra (as a function of wavelength), and the incident angles of the excitation source. The two groups of data are comma-separated.
Consider the following
example:
0.9 5000 1.0, 0.0 5.0
This command will assign 5000 points linearly dispersed between the wavelengths of
0.9um and 1.0um, and assign two incident angles of 0.0 degrees and 5.0 degrees.
Consider another example:
0.8 1000 1.0 3000 1.1 1000 1.2, 0.0
This command will assign 1000 points between 0.8um and 1.0um,
3000 points between 1.0um and 1.1um and 1000 points between 1.1um and 1.2um, and assign a single
incidence angle of 0.0 degrees (normal incidence).
.
The user can create a non-uniform mesh by assigning more points where the spectrum (as a function of wavelength) is expected to be of more interest.
