For each specified wavelength,angle pair,
the spatial field profiles inside the structure will be calculated.
Each comma separated pair should be seperated by white spaces. For example:
0.6,0.0 0.7,1.0 0.8,3.0
will generate field profiles when the incident excitation is at 0.6um and 0.0-degrees,
0.7um and 1.0 degrees and 0.8um and 3.0 degrees.
