Angle Grid, Wavelengths

This is the grid of angles (in degrees) for the reflection and transmission spectra (as a function of angle), and the wavelengths of the excitation source.

Consider the following example:
0.0 5000 2.0, 1.0 1.2
This command will assign 5000 points linearly dispersed between normal incidence (0.0 degrees) and 2.0 degrees, and assign two incident wavelengths of 1.0um and 1.2um.

Consider another example:
0.0 1000 1.0 3000 2.0 1000 3.0, 0.8
This command will assign 1000 points between 0.0 degrees and 1.0 degrees, 3000 points between 1.0 degees and 2.0 degrees and 1000 points between 2.0 degrees and 3.0 degrees, and assign a single incidence wavelength of 0.8um. .

The user can create a non-uniform mesh by assigning more points where the spectrum (as a function of angle) is expected to be of more interest.
