At the specified y-distances the 2D cross-sectional plot of the field and index will be generated. Multiple cross-sectional distances can be specified separated by spaces. The refractive index cross-sectional plots are generated first to allow the user to quickly verify if the structural polygons were interpreted correctly. The field cross-sectional plots are filled-in as the job progresses. The field plot can be viewed any time during the job and can be used to assess if the job is proceeding as expected.
